Andrew Fairley AM Chair, Sir Andrew and Lady Fairley Foundation

  Andrew is a great-nephew of the late Sir Andrew and Lady Fairley, after whom the Foundation is named. He is a lawyer practicing with Hall and Wilcox and has been a specialist equity and superannuation practitioner for over 30 years. Andrew is a Trustee of the George Hicks Foundation and the People and Parks Foundation.

David Jones Executive Chairman, VGI Partners

  David is the grandson of Sir Fletcher Jones, who founded the Fletcher Jones & Staff clothing business in 1919. In addition to his involvement in his own family's foundation, David has over twenty years' experience in private equity and management consulting. During this time, he has been a board member of numerous private and public businesses, including a number in the wealth management sector.

Rob Koczkar CEO, Social Ventures Australia

  Rob Koczkar joined Social Ventures Australia (SVA) as CEO in October 2014. He has extensive experience in investing and management consulting, along with a deep understanding of the social purpose sector from serving on the boards of Social Ventures Australia, Goodstart Early Learning, and on Mission Australia's Corporate Advisory Council.

Martyn Myer AO President, The Myer Foundation

  Martyn is President, The Myer Foundation; Chair, The Audit and Investment Committee as well as a member of the Foundation's Sustainability and Environment Committee. In 2008, Martyn was appointed an officer in the Order of Australia for his contributions to medical research, through the establishment of Florey Neuroscience Institute, and for his previous executive and philanthropic roles.

Lisa Powell Director of Philanthropy, Mutual Trust

  Lisa provides specialist advisory services for philanthropists, including private foundations, private and public ancillary funds and not-for-profit organisations. Prior to joining the Philanthropy team, Lisa was responsible for delivering integrated advisory services to families, particularly intergenerational succession planning, family governance and next generation education.

Michael Moody Chair, Johnson Center for Philanthropy (USA)

  Dr. Moody was a university professor for nine years, he has done extensive research and writing on topics such as family foundations, next generation giving, ethical giving and venture philanthropy. As Chair of the Frey Foundation, Dr. Moody works with a network of national advisors to implement comprehensive programs designed to advance and promote the field of family philanthropy.

  Cathy is General Counsel of Scalzo Foods, one of Australia's largest privately owned diversified food businesses. She is also CEO of the company's investment arm - the Scalzo Family Office - and a Trustee of the Grace and Emilio Foundation and Board Member of Kids in Philanthropy.
