  Harry grew up in an English family that has a business history dating back to the 19th century. Harry's family has learned about the perils of mixing ownership and family relations, informing his his view that "blood and money don't mix (but philanthropic pursuits can) His family has been involved with the Jubilee Sailing Trust since 1978, driven by a love of sailing and a commitment to breaking down the barriers around disability. Harry was appointed Executive Chairman of DMP Asset Management in late 2014, after serving as CEO from 2001.

  Giselle's career commenced in investment markets as an analyst with MacIntosh Securities/Merrill Lynch and subsequently at Citigroup. After a short period with Coles Myer in a strategic development role, she consulted to private equity before being appointed to JBWere as CIO. In this position she oversaw the development of the investment strategy team and asset allocation. Recently she has moved to Escala Partners, an unaffiliated wealth management group.
